Total Defence Day

Hi everyone, i am sara from 103.I am here to talk about about an interesting event which was celebrated in PYSS.My friends and I went on a tour on Total Defence Day.I did not quite enjoy myself as most of my girl(friends)went quiet.I was not happy as my class did not win any prises.After all,we,as a class have to persevere to win the points for class challenge trophe!Hope you will enjoy 103's blog!!!

Total Defense Day

Hey everyone!

Yesterday was Total Defense Day(TDD), and we'd say we had a terrific time!

Here is what 103 has to say for this event:

Bing Yuan:

Yesterday we have Total Defense, we have a lot of fun to understand what is NCC all about. We get to know the ranking. We get to hold guns. Of course fake guns! There is a painting face station. It was disgusting to paint our face and hands. They say the paint on your face you cannot lick it, it might be poisonous. After that we got a competition on army. Even we lose we won't give up. We have a great time. If there is more I would want NPCC instead of NCC. I would not try the paint as I do not like it.

Minjin:

On Total Defense Day, there were many stations with drills and fun activities. From how to hold a rifle to face painting, it really was a great time. However, our class was a bit shy and didn't really participate much. When asked to try putting green face paint on our faces, almost everyone backed away! Well mostly the boys were the ones who volunteered for everything, so lets give them a round of applause! For the competition, of course, the boys were the contestants. After learning how the military attire should be worn, we figured it out. I'm not sure what caused it but it looked to me as if the boys were having a bit of trouble during the competition. But it doesn't matter even if we didn't win, we still took part in the competition and we've got the team spirit!

The three facts that you should always know about us is that we're fun, perky, and enthusiastic!

No matter where we are we're always rockin'! No matter what we do we're always number one!

Anyway, this week has been great with the cross-country event. Even though Atlas house was a bit at the bottom, we're still very proud that everyone participated!

All of us had great fun during the cross-country, and it adds to our health and fitness as well!
